I provide workshops on Financial Wellbeing and Financial Abuse. Although both workshops deal with the subject of finances, they are two separate workshops, tailor made to suit the participants in attendance.
Financial Abuse
Financial Abuse does not discriminate, it can occur regardless of an individuals level of education, socio-economic status, race, or ethnicity.
Frequently considered a form of elder abuse, it’s also prevalent in many domestic abuse situations.

Financial Wellbeing
Financial Wellbeing is one component of an individual’s overall wellbeing, a significant one. Financial distress impacts on health, gives rise to financial and social exclusion and leads to poverty.
My workshops and 1:1 Coaching focus on educating individuals on finance, improving their financial resilience and becoming more financially capable.
Separation & Divorce
Conversations about finances are challenging, even in the most favourable conditions.
Financial coaching can assist in comprehending the financial aspects of separation and divorce. Bringing clarity to your decision-making.
Whether working with one, or both individuals, I can help you understand the impact of the decisions you need to make.
Corporate Events
As part of your corporate event I can facilitate workshops on Financial Wellbeing or Financial Abuse.
Ideal as part of an Employee Assistance Programme, these events are designed to support individuals in building financial wellbeing and educate staff who may be vulnerable or exposed to Financial Abuse.

- Postgraduate Certificate in University Teaching & Learning.
- Years of professional experience in debt management, financial advisory, and budgeting.
How Does The Process Work?
Naturally, you will have some questions so I’ve outlined a selection of the most common queries I’ve received from individuals who find themselves in need of financial support or interested in educating themselves in relation to finance.

How are our sessions conducted?
1:1 sessions can be conducted online. However workshops and corporate talks and events are usually face-to-face.
What sort of information will I need to start the process?
This will be determined after a consultation in the initial discovery telephone call.
How many 1:1 sessions will I need to book?
This is specific to each individual and their needs. You are not required to complete a set number of sessions. However, in the initial consultation we will discuss the various options and packages that my suit your individual needs.
How many people can attend a workshop?
This will depend on the workshop content and if it is undertaken online or a face-to-face workshop.
At the moment, online group workshops are currently open to a maximum of eight participants. If requested, tailor-made workshops and training sessions can include more than eight participants.
Can I book a once-off consultation with you?
Yes, it is possible to book a once off consultation. However, depending on your specific circumstances and your individual needs, this may not be suitable for everyone.

About Me
My mission is to provide comprehensive coaching and mentor individuals by examining all areas of their lives – empowering them to reach their financial goals.
My vision for Master My Balance is to be an industry leader in guiding society to improved financial wellbeing and life balance.
I am a certified coach and mentor, offering financial coaching, life coaching, and workshops. I specialised in financial wellbeing for my Masters, which ultimately led me to start my business, Master My Balance.
As a qualified accountant, financial advisor, and lecturer with Level-9 qualifications in higher education policy and university teaching & learning, I am well equipped to provide financial education, coaching services, seminars in community and corporate sectors, in addition to consulting in the area of financial wellbeing. While I’m based in Dublin, I can provide in-person and online services nationwide. I also provide online services to international clients.
